Russell Dixon is President & Chief Executive Officer of RedHill Realty Investment Management and its related companies. Dixon has held key positions in national and global companies within the investment and institutional real estate arena. He is one of the foremost leaders nationally in the multifamily business. Mr. Dixon served as the Head of Insignia/ESG, a New York based (NYSE) global real estate investment and services firm, and previously the Global Co-Head of CBRE's Institutional Account Group, where he formulated and directed the CBRE National Multi Housing team platform executing in excess of $10-20 billion annually in major property and portfolio transactions. Mr. Dixon holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism/Business from Brigham Young University with graduate studies in finance at Stanford University.
Ballard most recently, started and managed the financial and accounting divisions for IndCor (a holding of Blackstone) that acquired ~ 120MM SF of industrial properties and sold for ~ $8B. Ballard’s other professional experience includes positions as a c-level manager and/or principal with prominent full-service real estate firms (including CBRE and Cushman Wakefield predecessors), a senior-level manager/principal with major real estate investment/development firms, and a member of a Big 8 accounting firm. Over his 30+ year career, he has been involved in the acquisition, disposition, development or financing of over $10B of real estate assets. Ballard graduated magna cum laude from Duke. He has passed exams for the following professional designations: Certified Public Accountant, Certified Financial Planner, Certified Commercial Investment Member, Real Property Administrator, CA Real Estate Broker and IL Real Estate Managing Broker.
Travis Greenwood is Chief Financial Officer and a principal within the RedHill organization. He oversees all aspects of RedHill’s Financial Management, Asset Management and Reporting. Mr. Greenwood previously was President of Greenwood Realty Advisors, a Los Angeles-based real estate investment advisory firm offering investment and asset management services. Mr. Greenwood also spent five years in the real estate group of Price Waterhouse LLP providing consulting services to the Firm’s real estate clients. Mr. Greenwood received his Bachelor of Science Degree in accounting from Brigham Young University, magna cum laude, as well as his Master’s in Business Taxation in 1989. He is a licensed California Certified Public Accountant, holds a California real estate brokers license and serves on the Board of Directors for the National Multi Housing Council.
Leticia Astorga is Vice President of accounting and financial service functions at Redhill. She is a career veteran at RedHill, as a member of its founding team. Ms. Astorga maintains the comptroller function within the company including full cycle corporate accounting, including accounts payable, receivable, reconciliation, forecasting and investor relations.
Mr. Jensen is responsible for RedHill’s capital and fund related activities including institutional investor relations. Before RedHill, David was a Managing Director at Pickwick Capital Partners LLC [NY], a broker-dealer, providing investment banking and institutional capital placement services within the real estate and specialty credit industry groups. Jensen also served as an executive with Academy Securities, providing placement and consulting services to alternative investment managers, and spent ten years in the banking industry overseeing bank owned portfolios. Jensen began his career in the urban development division of Lennar. David received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Claremont McKenna College and an MBA from the University of California San Diego. He holds a FINRA series 3, 7, 24, 30, 63, and 65 securities license and is a California Real Estate Broker.
Alex Pascale is head of RedHill’s Acquitision Group, including team sourcing, underwriting, and executing on institutional-grade multifamily communities throughout the Western US. Prior to joining RedHill, Alex co-founded a boutique Multifamily syndication firm in the San Francisco Bay Area, where he was actively engaged in acquisitions and private capital raising. Furthermore, Pascale played a critical role in scaling two technology start-ups, both of which are now publicly listed on the NASDAQ. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Santa Clara University where he played Division 1 Rugby for 4 years.
Prior to joining RedHill, Mr. Diviney spent 8 years in business consulting team covering Eastern Canada & Northeastern United States. During that time Mr. Diviney created a team that saved 3 million in revenue within the first 12 months. Prior to his 8 years consulting, Mr. Diviney managed award winning construction projects in the Southeastern United States. Mr. Diviney holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Southern Virginia University.
Karen Luster oversees Portfolio and Asset Management at RedHill, inclusive of all Property Management Services and related property operating functions. Ms. Luster has diverse experience within the multifamily industry with a history of increasing operational efficiencies and repositioning communities to market. Prior to joining RedHill, Karen held key roles in Asset Management and Operations for several legacy firms including Essex, BRE, The Irvine Company and AvalonBay. She has managed and operated significant scale in thousands of residential units in the Western US. She has served as a Director of the California Apartment Association San Diego, Chair of the Rental Advisory Board and Board Member of the San Diego Apartment Association.
Jack Perkins serves as the Chief Financial Officer of the RedHill organization. He oversees all aspects of RedHill’s Financial Management, Asset Management and Reporting and is a member of RedHill's Executive Committee. Mr. Perkins previously served as RedHill's financial Controller. He has held a broad range of financial leadership positions at private equity and venture-backed firms. Mr. Perkins received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from San Diego State University. He is a licensed California Certified Public Accountant.
