Redhill Management Services

RedHill's core value proposition as an INTEGRATED MANAGER, is to effectively manage each and every apartment home, providing quality living environments while assuring that each property performs at its most optimal economic level. This process includes the delicate balance of caring for its residents while simultaneously driving rents, enhancing and maintaining the community, and managing expense thresholds.

All management activity is focused and is related to managing accounts for its owned portfolios of properties. In some cases, when geographic scope, market complexity or general need dictates, RedHill periodically partners with Best of Class third party management firms which can supplement RedHill’s asset and portfolio management capabilities. Partner firms have included, Alliance, GreyStar, FPI, and West Corp management companies.

RedHill approaches each property uniquely. RedHill Management Services takes on an assignment, day one, by seeking to understand the DNA of an asset in acquisition underwriting. During this period, Asset and Management Services are engaged in both analysis and business plan formation with the objective of adding value. That business plan develops over time and eventually constitutes a customized and formal Execution and Strategic Plan endorsed by its Institutional and Lending Partners. Once an asset is acquired and under RedHill Management, the company and its partners focus intensely on the layered disciplines necessary to position and to add value to a respective community.
