Russell Dixon is President & Chief Executive Officer of RedHill Realty Investment Management and its related companies. Dixon has held key positions in national and global companies within the investment and institutional real estate arena. He is one of the foremost leaders nationally in the multifamily business. Mr. Dixon served as the Head of Insignia/ESG, a New York based (NYSE) global real estate investment and services firm, and previously the Global Co-Head of CBRE's Institutional Account Group, where he formulated and directed the CBRE National Multi Housing team platform executing in excess of $10-20 billion annually in major property and portfolio transactions. Mr. Dixon holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism/Business from Brigham Young University with graduate studies in finance at Stanford University.

Ballard most recently, started and managed the financial and accounting divisions for IndCor (a holding of Blackstone) that acquired ~ 120MM SF of industrial properties and sold for ~ $8B. Ballard’s other professional experience includes positions as a c-level manager and/or principal with prominent full-service real estate firms (including CBRE and Cushman Wakefield predecessors), a senior-level manager/principal with major real estate investment/development firms, and a member of a Big 8 accounting firm. Over his 30+ year career, he has been involved in the acquisition, disposition, development or financing of over $10B of real estate assets. Ballard graduated magna cum laude from Duke. He has passed exams for the following professional designations: Certified Public Accountant, Certified Financial Planner, Certified Commercial Investment Member, Real Property Administrator, CA Real Estate Broker and IL Real Estate Managing Broker.

Travis Greenwood is Chief Financial Officer and a principal within the RedHill organization. He oversees all aspects of RedHill’s Financial Management, Asset Management and Reporting. Mr. Greenwood previously was President of Greenwood Realty Advisors, a Los Angeles-based real estate investment advisory firm offering investment and asset management services. Mr. Greenwood also spent five years in the real estate group of Price Waterhouse LLP providing consulting services to the Firm’s real estate clients. Mr. Greenwood received his Bachelor of Science Degree in accounting from Brigham Young University, magna cum laude, as well as his Master’s in Business Taxation in 1989. He is a licensed California Certified Public Accountant, holds a California real estate brokers license and serves on the Board of Directors for the National Multi Housing Council.

Leticia Astorga is Vice President of accounting and financial service functions at Redhill. She is a career veteran at RedHill, as a member of its founding team. Ms. Astorga maintains the comptroller function within the company including full cycle corporate accounting, including accounts payable, receivable, reconciliation, forecasting and investor relations.

Eddie Cheng acts in the capacity of Senior Vice President of Acquisitions and Underwriting for RedHill. Prior, Mr. Cheng worked at King & Wood Mallesons in Beijing, China, where he focused on financial analysis/underwriting and on preparing initial public offerings for one of the top insurance companies in China. He has expansive knowledge regarding property valuation, foreign tax, international trade, and foreign investment procurement. Mr. Cheng graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Utah and holds a Juris Doctor Degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law.

Mr. Rodriguez is Vice President, Acquisitions. Rodriguez is responsible for the preliminary review, underwriting, and due diligence stages of the acquisition process. Mr. Rodriguez holds a B.A from Dartmouth College, with economic studies in Barcelona Spain. He also has corporate finance experience in Mexico City, Mexico. While at Dartmouth, Mr. Rodriguez played football and was awarded membership to the “Rockefeller Global Leadership Program."

Prior to joining RedHill, Mr. Diviney spent 8 years in business consulting team covering Eastern Canada & Northeastern United States. During that time Mr. Diviney created a team that saved 3 million in revenue within the first 12 months. Prior to his 8 years consulting, Mr. Diviney managed award winning construction projects in the Southeastern United States. Mr. Diviney holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Southern Virginia University.
